Any and every property inspection will be detailed and thorough. From the sidewalk to the top of the roof and everything accessable will be looked at for functionality and condition. Items in need of repair or attention will be photographed and added to your final report. Appliances will be inspected and information pertaining to their life expectancy will be included. All systems on the property will be tested, if in working condition. Safety issues will be addressed if found. With every property I inspect I do the very best I can to give you an informed opinion. A digital inspection report will be sent to you shortly after the inspection is complete, typically within half an hour or less.
What to expect
Depending on the property being inspected, I offer a FLIR infrared camera inspection. Thermal imaging for air tightness and energy efficiency are important quality control measures when inspecting a home. Heat loss can account for up to 50% of total energy consumption in a building with causes ranging from air leakage through chimneys, attics and wall vents to badly sealed doorways and failing argon gas windows to missing insulation.
