After the house rehabs over and over I began going along with friends to their pre pruchase home inspections. Mostly because they know I have a knack for finding things most people miss.  I think everyone should have a fair and informed opinion. Not long after helping friends and family out when in need,  I was asked by a friend to walk through a house with him. Shortly after the walk through he urged me to make it a business. So,  after months of formal training, connected with my real life application to the building/renovation process, it has become just that, a business.

It all started in 2007 from my first complete home rehab. Going off the "buy the worst house in the best neighborhood you can afford" motto.  Two years later I was at it again. Between then and now it morphed into a business. A business with real life experience, formal training, and some high-tech tools. All in all, my focus is to inspect every property as if it was going to be my home, for my family... And I mean that.
